General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to govern access to information, early-access programmes, demonstrations, evaluations, subscriptions, and other services offered under the AA-sec brand. The final version will define which services are covered, who may use them, and how conflicting customer terms are handled.

2. Contracting party

The final version will state the full legal name, registered address, company registration number, tax identification details, authorised representatives, and official contact details of the contracting entity responsible for AA-sec.

3. Requests and contract formation

Sending a contact request does not itself create a contract, guarantee access, reserve capacity, or constitute acceptance of a commercial offer. A binding agreement will arise only when both parties expressly agree the applicable scope, price, term, and contractual documents.

4. Early access and evaluations

Early-access, preview, beta, demonstration, or evaluation functionality may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. The final terms will define permitted use, evaluation periods, feedback arrangements, support levels, data handling, and any restrictions applicable to pre-release functionality.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers will be responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining authorised user access, protecting credentials, using the service lawfully, and ensuring that uploaded data may legally be processed. The final terms will also address prohibited activities and security obligations.

6. Intellectual property

The final terms will distinguish between AA-sec technology, customer data, customer materials, third-party components, documentation, feedback, and generated outputs. They will define the licences required to provide and use the service while preserving each party’s ownership rights.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Confidential information and personal data must be handled according to the final contractual confidentiality provisions, the applicable Privacy Policy, and any required data processing agreement. No sensitive or regulated production data should be submitted until the relevant contractual safeguards have been agreed.

8. Availability, support, and changes

Service availability, maintenance windows, support channels, response targets, release management, and material changes will be defined in the applicable order, service description, or service-level agreement. No particular availability commitment applies solely because this placeholder page is displayed.

9. Fees and payment

Commercial fees, taxes, invoicing, payment periods, price changes, usage limits, and consequences of late payment will be specified in the final agreement or applicable order. Contacting AA-sec through the website does not create a payment obligation.

10. Warranties and liability

11. Term and termination
